St. Domingo Boxwood (Phyllostylon rhamnoides), also called Bois blanc or Baitoa comes from the Caribbean Islands and from southern America. The wood is very dense and straight and extremely narrow grained, it showas almost unique beautiful golden bright yellow colour. Baitoa takes a fantastic polish and develops a deep rich lustre, a real pleasure to work with!
