Flute Blanks, Old Stock |
|
| Here you will find a great and unique choice of fine old stock well seasoned flute blanks for sopranino, sopran, alto, tenor, bass, great bass and baroque recorders (and of course other types of woodwinds). Coming from an insolvency sale in 1985 they have been old stock in these days already, so they may be even much older. Wood species are Maple, Pear, Zapatero and Castello Boxwood, African Rosewood, Brazilian and Honduran Rosewood and genuine Brazilian Tulipwood. Due to the long storage time and their age the blanks have collected some dust and dirt on their surface, the end grain surfaces are mostly sealed with wax, some minor surface cracks may occurr in the boxwood ones-you should deduct some mms from the bright blanks like maple and boxwood to be sure to have a clean and flawless piece in the end! |
